3. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement or before the status changes to "Dispatched".

Online payment orders will be refunded in full.
After Shipping:

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is dispatched.

Customers may request a return once the item is delivered.
4. Refund Process
a. Online Payments:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Email confirmation will be sent once processed.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refunds are offered via bank transfer.

Customers must provide valid bank account details.

Processing may take 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
5. Return Process

Customers can initiate a return through the "My Orders" page.

Items must be packed securely and handed to the pickup agent (if arranged) or shipped back with a valid tracking number.

Upon verification and inspection, the refund will be processed.
