Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, hygiene, baby products,)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the listing

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping:

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement or before the status changes to "Dispatched".
  • Online payment orders will be refunded in full.

After Shipping:

  • Cancellations are not allowed once the order is dispatched.
  • Customers may request a return once the item is delivered.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD):
